The inquiry

How might our hidden rhythms help us understand ourselves and one another?

Story

A biometric ring for observing stress, recovery, sleep, and physiological cycles, with consensual synastry tools intended to support empathy between spouses. The work is presented here as part of a living system rather than as an isolated product: its meaning comes from the people, practices, and neighboring works that make it useful.

The project identified a practical starting platform, HRV-focused visual language, and a family relationship model that avoids reducing people to scores.

Validate data access and signal quality, define consent and privacy rules, compare ring observations with subjective reports, and build a single calm daily view.
